Where did you buy your dress and how long before the wedding?

I got my dress in Forever Bridal in Belfast about a year before my wedding. It was my first shop and first dress I tried on.

 

Who did your hair?

My friend Trish did my hair and my friend Niamh from Diamond Divas did bridesmaids.

 

Who did your makeup?

Collette from Porcelin did my make up.

Where did you buy your accessories?

I got my earrings and headpiece from Azure which went fantastic with my look.

 

Where did you get married and did you look at many venues before deciding on that particular one?

I got married in the North Cathedral Church and on to the Maryborough Hotel which I fell in love with 8 years ago attending a friend’s wedding and I knew it was perfect for me. 

 

How many bridesmaids did you have and where did you buy their dresses and accessories?

I had 5 bridesmaids. I got there dresses on Asos (online), their earrings from Aldo and bracelet from Mc Eoins Jewellery Ballincollig.

 

Brides always mention how difficult it into find shoes where did you get yours?

I spotted my shoes online and fell in love with them straight away but they only stock them in Macy’s New York.

 

Was there any individual touches that you added that you particularly loved about your day?

We have a little girl and really wanted her to be a part of our big day so I loved when we exchanged rings, we had a ring for her too which she loved.

What piece of advice would you give to a bride on her wedding day?

To try and relax and enjoy each and every minute because it comes and goes so fast and make sure you have good music planned throughout your day.
